Email and telephone. Your reservation and directions will be confirmed in writing.
Payment
Bank transfer, in full, 21 days before your holiday starts or on arrival in cash.
We regret that we cannot accept debit or credit cards.
Price includes bed linen, one set of towels per person and other household linen.
Change of bed linen by request, not included in price.
Oil and electricity are metered and charged for as used on departure.
Children are welcome. No child or children can be left in the cottage or grounds without adult supervision.
Pets. Strictly NO PETS.
Arrival .You will be met on arrival by the owners.
Please advise us a few days in advance of your estimated time of arrival.
We would like you to arrive between 3-4 p.m.
Departure. By 09.30 a.m. on your day of departure.
We reserve the right to terminate a rental, without refund, if the number of people in a party exceeds the number that a cottage sleeps.
The right of entry to the property at all reasonable times is reserved by the owners with or without work persons for the purpose of inspection or to carry out any work deemed necessary to the property or equipment, including gardening.
Your Responsibility.
The cottage, equipment and utensils must be vacated in a completely clean and tidy condition.
You will be charged for excessive cleaning.
You are liable for any damage done or loss sustained to the cottage, furniture or contents during your stay.
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to valuables or personal property and recommend that you have appropriate insurance cover in force during your holiday.
